The
students at Institute enthusiastically organize cultural programs, thereby offering
them opportunity of developing their social and cultural talents through continuous
participation in-group activities. It is not only a form of recreation but also
a source of social and professional development. The Institute organizes 'PARICHAYA
' and 'PARAMPARA' cultural festivals every year. 'UNMESH',
the Institute's magazine include contribution from students as well as faculty
on a very vast range of topics. Institute takes pride in being the FIRST
to start a IEEE student branch in 2007 with 30 student members and 3 faculty members.
IEEE branch has organized a technical festival by the name "Tech-n-Gen"
in the year 2007. This will be part of value addition event, to be organized every
year from now. The Institute also organized the Blood Donation Camp and
free Medical Check up Camp. The student's participation in this camp was exemplary.
It was also decided, seeing the interest of the students that such camps are to
be organized very often. |
