Department of Information Technology is running four year, B.Tech IT course with intake capacity of 60 students. Information Technology department provides the special guest lectures by Dr. Y.D.S. Arya, Principle Computer Engineer, IIT Kanpur and Dr. Manoj Mishra, Professor Computer Science, IIT Roorkee who are the main advisors of department of Computer Science. Information Technology department is having one computer center with 24 hrs Internet facilities of 2Mbps leased line. There are 3 different computer labs. B.Tech. Lab-1: for first year students, B.Tech. Lab-2: for second and third year students, B.Tech. Lab-3: also known as project lab is totally dedicated for B.Tech. final year students.
