| The institute maintains a rich library to fulfill
the needs of the students for different academic programs. It has
a excellent collection of more than 16000 books on various core
and specializ;ed subjects related to professional education. The
library is fully computerized with a provision of sitting arrangement
of 150' students. Continuous upgradation of the library resources
is done by subscribing to latest publications and national and internationaljournals
of technical fields. |
| Laboratories |
ITM provides the facilities of well equipped labs with latest
kits and equipments of reputed brands. Licensed version of latest
softwares like Matlab, Modelsim, Multisim, Comsim, Leonado Spectrum
and Active HDL are available in Electronics Design and Automation
Lab .. The Institute is equipped with Seven computer labs with 150
dual core processor and more than 400 P-IV branded computers, 6
Servers, Laser printers, scanners etc. to assist students for performing
practical and projects. All latest licensed version of software
including testing tools such as IBM rational pro are available in
these labs.
The labs and workshop in mechanical engineering department are equipped
with working models and study models like boilers, 2-stroke, 4-stroke
engines, Universal testing machine, CNC machine, lathes, milling
machines etc as per the requirement of the syllabus. Apart from
these, CAD lab is equipped with different softwares like Auto CAD,
Pro-E etc.
All the pharmacy laboratories are well equipped with high
quality instruments. Labs are designed in most modern way to suit
all the latest requirements.
Language Lab
The echo proof language lab is specially designed and equipped with
audio-visual educational aids, computers and latest language softwares
to improve communication skills ofthe student and prepare themselves
to face the interviews and group discussions.
Seminar Hall
The Institute has a big air-conditioned seminar hall with a seating
capacity of 250, equipped with modern audio-visual educational aids.
Conference Hall
Conference Hall of the institute is fully air-conditioned with a
50 member seating capacity and is equipped with modern amenities.
Faculty Rooms
Faculty rooms are well furnished. Senior faculty members are allotted
individual rooms equipped with computers having round the clock
internet access to enrich themselves with
the latest technology and development. |
Modern
business is increasingly becoming dependent on information systems. The state-of-the-art
computer labs also give an opportunity for hands-on experience. The ITM computer
labs are equipped with the latest hardware and software programmes and Internet
facilities. With a campus wide wireless LAN, ITM is among the few institutions
in the country that offer this convenience to its faculty and students. High speed
(2 Mbps) Internet connectivity through a dedicated link with backups ensures an
uninterrupted access to the information superhighway.
There are 3 computer
Labs at ITM and a browsing area with a total of 470 machine of 2.0 GHz or above
in all sections. ITM also provides computing facilities in Library. Other than
the computers available for use by the students, the lab also uses various servers
from IBM, Compaq and HP. ITM also has a sophisticated web based intranet system
that offers continuous interaction between the faculty and students. Apart from
providing a life long web based email account, the intranet also has facilities
of online testing, discussion boards and courseware exchanges.

Students are encouraged to explore and use the Leased Line Internet
facility of the computer center to enhance and exchange knowledge
and information across the globe. As a whole the learning environment
of computer labs are truly friendly and congenial. ITM is committed
to integrate Information Technology with management studies.
The labs are networked using the Windows NT servers. The Computer
labs are proficient in software such as C, C++ , Java, Oracle
9i, Visual Basic, Visual C++, MSDN Library, Borland ALM, Case
tools, Multimedia software Suite, Visual FoxPro and other. The
lab. staff is well trained in the software. New software's are
continuously added to the lab. as the need arises.
