A full fledged Training & Placement Cell is working for helping students in placement and bridge the gap between prospective employer and candidate.
ITM consider Training and Placement of every student as its principal duty. One of the foremost responsibilities of T&P cell is to motivate and prepare students for successful performance in exams like GATE, GRE, GMAT and TOFEL and also in campus interviews and subsequent interactions with employers.
Training & Placement Officer
Mr. Ashvini Kumar Chaturvedi a Computer Engineer & Management Graduate with varied experience of 14 years in teaching and industry. He is handling the Training and Placement cell efficiently and is continuously linked with the students and companies HR. Mr. Ajit Srivastava is attached with the cell for preparation of records and updating the student data. The placement cell is also involved with the alumni of the institute and enquiry as well.
Personality Development Programme:
The thing which is presented well is taken well. The same principle gets applied in today?s professionals world also. An individual dressed well, with good communication skills be able to present himself/herself in a very impressive manner infront of the corporate world thus increasing his/her chances of getting a good image in the minds of the recruiters. Thus apart from the academic pursuits of the students special care is being taken for the all round development and character building through co curricular and extra curricular activities. PDPs are organized on regular basis for complete intellectual, emotional & social development of the students to arm them to face the professional challenges of corporate life and life?s challenges. These programmes are conducted by professionals from reputed institute like Career launcher, Vision 2020 to equip the students with basic skills in terms of personality inputs and technical skills required by corporate recruiters during campus placement.
